This Program is not being offered at this time. SEE THE 2025 SWIM CLASS information

side of this website. There you will find the form to fill out and submit for summer 2025 lessons. PLEASE DO NOT
SUBMIT THE FORM FOUND ON THE PAGE YOU ARE ON NOW. As I will
be retiring in the Spring of 2019, this will be my LAST SUMMER ACCELERATED PROGRAM. The Accelerated Summer Program consists of a 4 week session of
30 minute lessons given 4 days per week. Classes are held Monday through Thursday and are designed to give you four
months worth of lessons in one month. This program is for beginning swimmers who have little
or no water skills. Enrollment for the 4 week course is $400 plus a one time registration fee of $25, bringing the total cost

your child in this accelerated summer program, please fill out and submit the registration form below. PLEASE
NOTE THAT PAYMENT MUST BE MAILED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF SUBMISSION. See bottom of registration form for cost and payment details. Please fill out ALL segments
and click on "submit" at the bottom of the page. If enough children in your class want to
continue, I MAY be able to offer another 2 weeks of lessons. Payment for the extended session will be collected near the end
of the regular session. ALL REGISTRATION
IS ON A FIRT COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Your child will not be considered enrolled
until payment is received. NOTE: Due to high demand, I have added an additional 3 year old class which will be held at 11a.m.
I will accept registrations and payments on a FCFS basis. ALL CLASSES ARE FULL, HOWEVER, THE 11:30 CLASS IS AN OPEN TIME SLOT. SINCE WE HAVE ALREADY
STARTED, I WILL PRORATE A GROUP WHICH WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS SPOT. AGES MUST BE SIMILAR, OR CHILDREN MUST BE FROM THE SAME
FAMILY.
