We Do Lots of Things in Class to help build your child's skills.
We follow a logical progression...from the simplest games...to the actual skills we need to swim each stroke properly.
As children progress, they will learn Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Elementary Backstroke, Butterfly, and Sidestroke.
They will also learn Survival Floating, Treading Water and Diving.
